Apex Resource Solutions are delighted to invite applications from Avaya contact centre specialists for a 3 – 6 month contract, based in Melbourne CBD. Rates for this position are up $650 per day.
As a preferred supplier to one of the most respected contact centre solutions providers on Asia Pacific, we are now able to accept applications for a critical role. Interviews will be held within the next 7 days for a contract to commence ASAP. In order to be successful for this position, you should have:
- 5 years experience with Avaya CTI (Aura knowledge preferred)
- Avaya certifications (Avaya Certified Field Engineer desirable)
- Excellent knowledge of VoIP protocols
- Good knowledge of SIP concepts
Your role will be to design, configure and implement solutions relating to a migration from Genesys to Avaya Aura. You will act as Voice Technical Lead for the build and transition to this solution and will be expected to be a final point of escalation for all voice incidents. As you will be working alongside the Project Management team, the ability to work in a consultative manner is essential. Your role will be to identify issues in the solution design and to schedule network changes so as to cause minimal disruption. This is a high profile and big budget project, so the ability to work with deadlines in mind and deliver against project milestones is critical.
You must be willing to undergo ATO and Federal Police Security checks. Permanent residency or Australian citizenships is required for this role.
