Apex Resource Solutions are now seeking a Contact Centre Solution Sales Specialist to join a market leading firm as an Account Executive.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation with a fantastic reputation and take over a pipeline of opportunities. You will be working from the Melbourne CBD office, and can look forward to on target earnings in excess of $200k.
Your role will be to manage and develop relationships with strategic accounts and you are therefore required to have experience with the following:
- Track record of account management to corporate accounts, preferably within Telecommunications or Banking
- Software Solutions Sales experience
- An ability to deal with all levels of organisations to build awareness and drive the value proposition
- Contact centre industry experience and a technical background in telephony platforms would be highly advantageous
