Apex Resource solutions have an immediate requirement for a Test Lead to work on a 6 month contract on a new and exciting project for one of our clients in Inner West Sydney. 
 
The position is available for an immediate start and we are looking to carry out interviews in the next few days.
 
The role is to work on a major system integration project and we are looking for the Test Lead to develop the test strategy and plan for this project and align this to the current business requirements.  
 
The successful candidate will have full ownership of the project and will be the only Tester on the project. You will be required to take a 'hands on' approach to testing whilst providing guidance and mentoring to Business Test Analyst throughout the organisation.
 
In addition to carrying out the System Integration Testing, you will be required to manage all internal and external stakeholders on this project . Excellent communication and documentation skills will be required.
 
We are looking for candidates with 7 years +  testing experience and who are comfortable in managing small teas of testers.  You must still be able to demonstrate that you are hands on in terms of your testing ability.  A strong technical background would be preferred in addition to a ISTQB certification or similar.
 
This is an immediate requirement and we will be working on this role as a priority.  If successful we will call you tomorrow for a telephone interview and to arrange a face to face meeting with the end client.
