Our client is a consulting group, that are tier 1 consulting partner to SAP and focus on delivery both traditional SAP solutions as well as Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse projects. They have been in operation for over ten years, delivering solutions to the Victorian market place.

The company is of medium size consisting of junior to principal level consultants, practice managers and project managers.

Due to internal promotion, they currently require a Senior Project Manager / Delivery Manager to help manage key customers and delivery projects across the SAP suite.

The following skills are required by the successful candidate:

  • At least 10 years experience working in project a project management role embracing one or more of the key methodologies such as; Prince2, Agile, Waterfall or PMBOK.
  • At least 5 years experience delivering projects in a SAP CRM environment
  • Strong understanding of CRM delivery within a large enterprise wide environment
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills across both technology and the business
  • Previous experience working in a consulting role
  • Strong track record in engaging with the client and taking  customers through a project delivery life cycle
  • The ability to identify future opportunities with existing clients
  • Excellent presentation skills when working with clients and taking them through project / programme delivery
  • A passion for communicating with customers and managing relationships within the customer.


You will be working as part of a Professional Services Team, playing a key role in delivering projects and managing customer engagements. Day-to-day you will be liaising with both technical and non-technical people and guiding customers through SAP projects. This will also include managing time-lines, budgets and people within projects.
