Our Client is a market leader in their field of marketing and communications. Based centrally within the EPMO you will deliver a range of projects both internally and externally. Range of projects could be system upgrades, marketing initiatives, implementations and operations. For Client facing projects you will work closely with the sales team in the pre-sales process to develop familiarity with proposed solutions, to assist with developing the scope and delivery of the project.
Fundamentally it is your competency in project management and a successful track record of delivery that will set you apart from the rest.
You must have prior experience in service-oriented environments, managing the competing demands of multiple small to medium simultaneous projects. You must be able to work under limit supervision and be able to manage complex situations.
Responsibilities:
- Full end-to-end delivery of projects, business and governance related
- Deliver multiple projects across diverse technologies and systems
- Ensure key stakeholders understand and use project methodology
- Develop relationships with stakeholders to build influence and gain trust
- Develop and manage vendor relationships
Requirements:
- At least 4 years Project Management experience
- Proven experience to apply analytical skills and conceptual thinking to operations and system planning across a range of technologies
- Demonstrated experience in a service-orientated environment
- Proven knowledge and understanding of PM concepts and methodology
- Well developed project planning, scheduling, tracking and reporting
- Highly developed negotiation and influencing skills
- Immaculate presentation skills
- Project Management qualification, Prince2, PMP
This role is located South of Brisbane and will be an initial 3 month contract + extensions.
