Contact Centre Pre-sales Consultant - Sydney, 130k-160k $$$ Due yet another highly successful year my client one of Australia's leading Contact Centre Solution Provider is currently recruiting for a Pre-sales Consultant/Solution Architect to join their highly skilled team in Sydney.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding interpersonal skills. They will be confident and able to present to and communicate with senior management; and to translate business needs into high level solution designs.
This role requires at least 5 years experience in a customer facing Pre-Sales or similar role within a Contact Centre Partner, Systems Integrator, Network Integrator, Service Provider or similar.
You will work at Senior Management and Business Stakeholder level to design, document, price and develop large complex Contact Centre solutions, architecture and strategies which fulfil business needs, whilst demonstrating a solid knowledge of clients business and commercial problems and contributing guidance and key insights.
You will be responsible for:
• Defining major technical solutions involving product and/or deployment and/or support services for customers or prospects influencing their investment level
• Attending customer meetings with sales executives to assist in qualifying opportunities and presenting the solution.
• Assisting in the production of proposals and tender responses including RFP's, RFT's, solution design, solution pricing, and Partner engagement
• Business development, working with and supporting Account Management into customers to seek out and analyse business needs and assist with development of sales plans
Write and shape technical proposals to be acceptable to the customer and may propose solution/service trade-offs.
• Handover from sales to project services
• Keeping up to date with emerging technology, vendors and upgrades to the existing solution portfolio/offerings
You will possess: • Detailed knowledge of Contact Centre solutions
• Contact Centre workforce management skills
• A solid track record of designing Contact Centre solutions.
• A broad understanding of Contact Centre technologies & applications such as IVR, CTI, CRM, VoIP, ACD, workforce optimisation, e-mail interaction management
• Additional experience with other Contact Centre solutions such as Genesys, Avaya, Cisco UCCE, NICE, Verint, Nuance, Zeacom or IPFX would be advantageous
Location: Sydney Based
Salary: Excellent package 130-160k+ $$$
