Contact Centre Support Engineer - Sydney, 75-90K+ $$$ My client a leading Solution Provider have a truly fantastic opportunity for an experienced Engineer with a background in Contact Centre integration to join their highly skilled team.
Responsibilities:
• Provide Tier 1-3 Level support (focusing on tier 2-3) of Contact Centre Solutions comprising of Call Recording, quality, WFM, WFO, Performance Management, Analytics, etc as part of a project team or alone, including software and 3rd party components such as CTI, AD, ACD, etc as per the customer's needs.
• Constantly improve self knowledge in the different products via formal & informal training sessions.
Technical Qualifications • Knowledge of Contact Center/Telephony Environments such as: Genesys, Cisco UCCE, UCCX, Avaya, Nortel, NICE, Verint, Aspect, Nuance etc VoIP
• Advantage for having previous knowledge with Call Recording/Quality/Workforce Management applications
• at least 12 months experience as a support engineer/implementation engineer
• Knowledge of Windows Operating System administration and internals
• Knowledge of Networking - protocols, troubleshooting, equipment
Desirable
• Knowledge of Application Infrastructures Technologies - Microsoft SQL Server, MSMQ, COM/DCOM, IIS, WebLogic, Java, .Net
• Knowledge of SQL, scripting or previous development exposure advantageous
