Cisco UC Pre-sales Consultant
Perth CBD Based - $140,000 - $180,000K Package
My client, a leading UC Provider, are offering a truly excellent opportunity for an experienced Cisco UC Pre-Sales Consultant to join their existing team specialising in UC/Video Solutions.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding interpersonal skills. They will be confident and able to present to and communicate with senior management; and to translate business needs into high level solution designs.
This role requires at least 3 years experience in a customer facing Pre-Sales or similar role within a Cisco Partner, Systems Integrator, Network Integrator, Service Provider or similar.
You will work at Senior Management and Business Stakeholder level to design, document, price and develop large complex voice/network solutions, architecture and strategies which fulfil business needs, whilst demonstrating a solid knowledge of clients business and commercial problems and contributing guidance and key insights.
You will be responsible for:
• Defining major technical solutions involving product and/or deployment and/or support services for customers or prospects influencing their investment level
• Attending customer meetings with sales executives to assist in qualifying opportunities and presenting the solution.
• Assisting in the production of proposals and tender responses including RFP's, RFT's, solution design, solution pricing, and Partner engagement.
• Business development, working with and supporting Account Management into customers to seek out and analyse business needs and assist with development of sales plans.
Write and shape technical proposals to be acceptable to the customer and may propose solution/service trade-offs.
• Handover from sales to project services.
• Keeping up to date with emerging technology, vendors and upgrades to the existing solution portfolio/offerings.
You will have:
• A solid understanding of the UC solutions comprising of CallManager, CME, Unity, MeetingPlace, Telepresence etc.
• Good understanding of LAN/WAN infrastructure
• Solid track record of designing solutions for the SME to Blue Chip market.
• Experience presenting at all levels and translating technical designs into business solutions
• Good commercial knowledge and business acumen
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Certifications in Cisco technologies or design are advantageous but by no means necessary i.e. CCDA, CCDP, CCVP, CCNP, CCIE etc
Location: Perth Based
$120,000 - $140,000 Base, Super & Bonus, Package up to 180K!!!
