My client is one the Australia's biggest financial institutions, they have an exciting growth period planned for 2012 and are looking to bring on multiple new employees within the IT Projects space. As a result, they are looking to grow the internal IT auditing team to help support delivery and maintain a high level of assurance across governance, risk management and control processes.
Key tasks:
- Lead the design and analysis work of each IT audit
- Schedule and plan the IT assignments
- Perform auditing fieldwork
- Monitor and track outcomes and high level reporting.
- Demonstrate good CAATs (computer assisted audit techniques) skills
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years IT internal audit experience
- Experience in data mining and analytics
- IT Project Management experience
- Graduate qualifications in accounting or finance or equivalent field is essential
- Computer Audit Qualifications essential
- Project qualifications (PMBOK, Prince) desirable
- Internal audit qualifications and CA/CPA desirable
