Are you a process specialist looking for a new and interesting project? My client is embarking on a huge transformation project and is looking for a hands on Lead to establish a practice, build a framework and work closely with 3rd parties to get resources as needed. It is expected you will analyse complex business processes for improvement opportunities and plan and manage these through effective project planning and management.
As a team leader you you will be recognised as a source of technical expertise for Process Improvement and Change Management and educate staff on the culture of continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies as well as coaching and mentoring a small team.
To be successful in this role you must have: -
- 3 years + in a Project Management role
- 4 years + in a Process Analyst role, with proven delivery of a minimum of 2 process improvement projects
- Formal methodology (Lean/Six Sigma) ideally be green/black belt qualified
- Finance or banking experience
- Staff management experience
- Be an expert in your field of process improvement
- Project management experience
- Experience with process mapping tools
- Experience with developing and and establishing Process Governance models
- Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management skills
- Be enthusiastic and work in a fast paced environment
