BDM Solutions Selling / Back Office/WFO/WFM / Sydney / $200k OTE
DO YOU HAVE EXCELLENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SKILLS?
Due to continued success and growth my client, a leading Back Office/WFO solutions provider, have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team in Sydney.
You will be responsible for: • Solution selling to Board Level Executives
• Developing business opportunities for back office solutions supporting business process optimisation, across business resource utilisation and business transformation.
• Relationship and Account Management of a large ASX listed company
• Driving the sales process from account identification through to completion of the sales cycle
• Preparing and presenting proposals
• Working alongside a cooperative BDM and Technical team
You will possess: • Extensive solution selling experience, ideally to board level
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A solid understanding of Back Office, WFM or WFO Solutions
This role is challenging and exciting and requires a skilled BDM with an excellent track record in this space. Driven by results you will be rewarded with an excellent base salary and great commission structure.
Location: Sydney CBD Based
Package: $200k+ OTE with excellent base
