We are seeking 2 service desk professionals to assist this stable and friendly organisation in providing their clients with exceptional levels of customer service. To this end, you must possess:
• A professional, polite and friendly telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Good knowledge of MS Office suite
• Awareness of financial services industry, and ideally a familiarity with corporate taxation
This is a small but stable company, and this is a great opportunity to join an organisation that has a really great office culture. Salary package up to $55,000 and immediate start available.
