On behalf of our client, we offer a fantastic opportunity for experienced Service Desk Analyst looking for a new challenge in a dynamic corporate environment.
The role will be within a busy team delivering 1st and 2nd level support to 1000+ users nationally.
To be successful you will have
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and certifications (desirable)
- 2+ years Service Desk experience
- Experience in a large (500+) user environment
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Confident communication skills
- Passion for customer service
Experience with the following Technical areas is essential
- Microsoft Operating Systems - Windows XP / 7
- Active Directory
- Citrix
- Desktop / Laptop hardware
- Basic networking
