Apex Resource Solutions are pleased to invite applications from exceptional Desktop Support professionals with proven experience providing Level 2 support in a Citrix based environment.
Our client provides mid-sized businesses with access to the latest cloud technologies. Candidates will be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems, in particular Windows XP, Windows 7, and Office 2010. A strong knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange is essential and an ITIL Foundation Certificate would be advantageous.
