Our client is a funky, creative and dynamic media agency located close to Brisbanes CBD in waterside offices.
They have a fantastic opportunity available for an IT Systems Support professional to join their fast paced organisation. You will be the lone IT person in the Brisbane office but will be strongly supported by teams in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide.
The role will involve both remote and desktop support to two agencies at the Brisbane location and remote support to other sites in Australia.
Experience/Qualifications - 2-3 years experience in desktop support
- IT implementation project experience
- Tertiary qualifications or industry related certifications
- Experience supporting Microsoft products, Networks and telephony
- Experience with Mac OS is essential
- Very strong communication skills
- Strong process and technical knowledge
- Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
