Apex Resource solutions have a brand new opportunity for an
Application support Team Leader to work for a very fast moving
Media Company located in
Sydney CBD.

This position reports directly to the
Applications support Manager and you will have responsibility for a team of
8 Application Support Analysts, assisting in the technical direction and delivery of key business applications.
In addition to leading the application support team, you will be heavily involved in dealing with
internal customers and senior stakeholders. Working on the support and maintenance of
critical applications, this will be a very dynamic and challenging role.
Skills and Experience Required - Minimum 3 years experience in a similar support role, ideally as a Senior IT Application Support Analyst
- Can demonstrate team leader ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer focus
- Strong Analytical / Troubleshooting skills
- Experience of working for large organizations would be preferred
