They have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Application Support Engineer to join their high performing team. You will need to be an outstanding communicator with a high understanding of application/product support.
You will be supporting market leading software products to tier 1 clients and numerous business partners.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in technology or equivalent qualifications (MCSE, CCNA, Voice)
- 2-4 years support experience in a technology environment
- Demonstrated experience as a software SME or as a technical expert
- Knowledge of the technical support process from diagnosis to completion
Technical Competence
- Demonstrated experience working with databases (SQL preferred)
- Understanding of networking and protocols
- Knowledge of telecom systems
- Knowledge of operating systems, desktop domains and security
- Familiarity with contact centre operations
- Experience with diagnostic tools
