** Front-End developer - eCommerce Client **My client has grown in leaps and bounds over the past few years - now available nationwide - with the company increasing from 4 people through to 50+ in the past 6 years.
They now require a front-end developer to take a hands on role within the development team and free up the technical leaders to pursue other business and technology ideas.
To be eligible for the front-end developer role, you MUST have:
- Strong CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and JQuery knowledge, with an understanding
of SEO requirements in this regard.
- Good cross browser compatibility knowledge.
- Knowledge of HTML 5 methods and requirements.
- Programming: Some knowledge of programming techniques in C# and/or Java is desirable.
- Photoshop: Ability to use Photoshop for efficiently slicing designs and creating sprites for use in mark-up.
- Strong desire for expanding knowledge concerning front end and general
web development.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines. 1+ years working in an agency, or
similar environment, is desirable.
