This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior/Mid Level SQL developer, who is looking to grow further their career, and work within the Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse sector.
My client are a leading government organisation, who have an established and highly skilled data warehouse team. They offer an excellent work environment, where you will be able to learn from some of the top Oracle Data Warehouse developers in QLD.
The role: - Work closely with the Oracle Data Warehouse team, writing SQL queries and scripts.
- Manipulation and migration of SQL scripts to populate the Oracle Data Warehouse.
- Build data sets to agreed standards by the Senior SQL developers in the team.
- Reviewing of and ensuring data quality and efficient data cleansing.
- Develop and testing of SQL code within the Data Warehouse.
Required skills and experience: - Strong understanding of SQL coding.
- Experience with data quality and data cleansing.
- High attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Any understanding of working within a Data Warehouse environment would be highly beneficial.
- Ability to work to agreed guidelines.
This role offers an excellent training structure, and will allow you to progress into an established Data Warehouse and ETL specialist within the near future.
