Apex is proud to be working with a leader in the Financial Services Industry.
Currently there is a need for an experienced Salesforce CRM consultant/Business Analyst to work on a number of exciting project related roles internally.
The role: - Requirements gathering with key stakeholder groups
- Salesforce customisation, design and configuration
- Liaise with the Salesforce manager in regards to best practice across the Salesforce platform
- Work with various teams across multiple business units including project managers, business analysts and other senior members of staff
Your skills and experience: - Ideally financial services experience
- 5+ years business analysis
- Ability to lead and manage stakeholder expectations
- Ability to facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions
- 2+ years Salesforce CRM experience
- Certified consultant would be ideal
