My clients are a leading marketing and communications company that helps businesses find, grow and retain customers through state of the art communication solutions.
They are recruiting for a Senior IT Business Analyst who has experience working on ERP projects. You will be part of the project team preparing business requirements and processes for the new ERP system.
The Senior IT Business Analyst will be accountable for acting as the pivot or intermediary between end-users and IT to ensure that business requirements are defined and delivered in client-facing and internal solutions for large / complex projects.
Key Skills - Business Analysis - 7yrs +
- Strong experience implementing ERP solutions
- Excellent Business Process Modelling experience
- Strong Business Analysis methods and approach
- Good understanding of the full SDLC
- Understands technical concepts
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbally
- Strong customer focus
