Apex Resource Solutions currently seek a Business Analyst Team Leader for a large Australian end-user.
This position calls for a Senior Business Analyst with previous management experience to lead a team of Business Analysts through the roll-out of SAP. Reporting into the Group Manager, you background experience will consist of CRM-ERP, ideally in an SAP environment, IS-U is crucial.
It presents a challenging yet rewarding environment with ownership available across the direction of the team. The business sponsorship is already in place and the investment it IT is large.
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven management experience of Business Analysts
- A background in CRM-ERP, ideally in a SAP environment
- Experience in developing and implementing new processes and procedures
- Documenting clear functional and non-functional requirements and processes including but not limited to business, performance, operational, system, reporting, security, scalability and / or usability requirements.
Skills Required
- Senior Business Analyst with proven Management Experience
- Background in CRM-ERP ideally in a SAP environment is highly regarded
- Previous experience working across SAP ISU in a utilities environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Effective negotiation and customer management skills is essential.
- An understanding of user needs and a focus on the business outcome.
- A logical approach to problem solving and an investigative and inquisitive mind.
- Experience in collating and documenting requirements.
- Self motivating and assertive.
- Highly developed time management skills and ability to prioritise workload.
- Understanding of business applications, interfaces and integrated operational environments.
