Are you a process specialist looking for a new and interesting project? My client is embarking on a huge transformation project and is looking for a hands on Lead to establish a practice, build a framework and work closely with 3rd parties to get resources as needed.
As a team leader you you will be recognised as a source of technical expertise for Process Improvement and Change Management and educate staff on the culture of continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies as well as coaching and mentoring a small team.
To be successful in this role you must have: -
- 4 years + in a Process Analyst role, with proven delivery of a minimum of 2 process improvement projects
- Formal methodology (Lean/Six Sigma) ideally be green/black belt qualified
- Finance or banking experience
- Staff management experience
- Be an expert in your field of process improvement
- Project management experience
- Experience with process mapping tools
- Experience with developing and and establishing Process Governance models
- Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management skills
- Be enthusiastic and work in a fast paced environment
This is an opportunity to be a lead on a high profile transformation project. This is an initial 12 month fixed term contract, with a competitive salary on offer to the selected candidate.
