I am URGENTLY looking for 3 x Business Analysts to work for a leading Telecommunications company based in Sydney. I have interview slots for this week!!

Reporting to the BA manager these roles sit within the Business Intelligence team and are responsible for ensuring that true business needs are clearly identified and stated. You will required to work E2E to deliver and maintain the solution such as required performance, tools and reporting.

Key Tasks
  

• Documenting clear business, functional and non-functional requirements on complex projects
• Developing, documenting & obtaining buy-in for acceptance of process changes  
• Effective management of project scope & requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Demonstrated passion for advocating the customer experience
• Ability to manage, challenge & reset expectations with mid to senior stakeholders & delivery partners
• Time management skills & ability to prioritise workload & deliver to tight deadlines
• Superior written & verbal communication skills
• Highly developed negotiation and influencing skills
• Driving continuous improvements in Business Analysis processes and methodology  

  
Skills Required

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent understanding of Business Intelligence and Reporting
• Effective negotiation and customer management skills
• An understanding of user needs and a focus on the business outcome
• A logical approach to problem solving and an investigative and inquisitive mind
• Experience in collating and documenting requirements
• Self motivating and assertive
• Highly developed time management skills and ability to prioritise workload
• Understanding of business applications, interfaces and integrated operational environments
• End to end experience of software development lifecycle
• Good understanding of Telco business
