My Client is a global financial services band with an excellent reputation for developing their employees and offering international transfers. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Portfolio Strategy Analyst to join this dynamic and vibrant team working focusing on driving change, enhancing profitability, efficiency and customer experience
The responsibilities of the role will cover
- Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders from Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Risk and Channel teams
- Develop a deep understanding of the product drivers for cards, consumer lending and mortgages and how to manage, measure and influence their performance
- Review, analyse and segment product profit and loss statements and identify strategic opportunities and risks
The successful applicant will come from a proven background working in a data driven analytics environment, where delivering strategic insights from large data sets
- Strong understanding of P&L and behavioural drivers
- Clear communication skills through both spoken and written mediums, highly influential with excellent business acumen
- Strong SAS skills (Base or EG), advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Access
- Motivated and ambitious with a proven ability to excel
- Good understanding of consumer banking products (Cards, Mortgages etc)
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
