My Client is the Leader and most well respected name in the Media industry and are currently looking for a Lead Front end C# ASP.NET Developer to join a very successful and technically skilled C# ASP.NET development team.

As the Lead Front End C# ASP.NET Developer will be working as part of a team on any one of six enterprise wide projects.
 You will be working with real .Net gurus and and well respected technology geniuses and authors theses guys are the best and you will recognise alot of them as speakers at various seminars and tech ed etc.

The Lead front end C# ASP.NET developer will work on the full SDLC; from idea through to release. This would be an excellent environment for an experienced Lead C# ASP.NET Developer to develop their skills with TDD training and try their hand at implementing codebases using the MVC 3 framework and getting exposure to large mobile web applications.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE Lead Front end C# ASP.NET Developer 


• Providing guidance around technical design, solution design and coding patterns
• Supporting Product Owners by explaining technical issues in a simple and concise way
• Promoting agile engineering practices such as: Pair Programming, Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration
• Helping the team to manage technical risk
• Liaising with the architecture team regarding high level technical design
• Mentoring and motivation of other team members

KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED BY THE Lead Front End C# ASP.NET DEVELOPER:

• Development of large internet sites using ASP.NET, C#, NET 3.5 and MVC experience.
• Technical leadership within large teams (4+ members)
• Proven experience of working in an agile environment - SCRUM/XP/Lean
• Experience of working with AGILE (XP), Development Techniques (TDD, Pair Programming, CI)
• Front-end engineering using CSS/HTML/JavaScript/JQuery.
• Web development processes and methodologies.
• Security considerations in distributed web applications.
• Familiarity with IIS6 and ASP.Net web applications.
• Familiarity with Mobile applications development
• Creative approach to providing solutions to product development.
• Excellent communication skills - able to communicate with technical and non-technical members of the team.
