My Client is a leading financial services organisation with a globally recognised Analytics function. They are currently looking to recruit two experienced Data Driven Marketing Campaign Managers to join this dynamic and vibrant team working in an end to end campaign best practice environment.
The responsibilities of the role will cover
- Engaging and building relationships with key stakeholders from marketing and product teams. Developing an understanding and consulting around the requirements of their direct marketing requirements
- Performing the pre analysis of the campaign that may include campaign sizing, the set up of control groups, ROI estimation, Test and learn plans.
- Building, automating and executing campaigns within a state of the art technical environment utilising the Teradata SQL, SAS, Teradata CRM platform.
- Performing the post campaign analysis or PIR (post implementation review) of the campaign which should include analysis of performance against a control group, a or b testing, ROI calculations, and individual segment performance.
- Collate the campaign results in PowerPoint slides and present format and deliver back to original stakeholders making recommendations on improvements for future campaign activity
The successful applicant will come from a proven background working in a data driven Analytics environment, where delivering key insights from large data sets has been a key focus. you will be able to demonstrate:
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience with the ability to build lasting relationships while managing expectations in a fast past environment.
- Any exposure to working in a campaign best practice environment will prove highly advantageous (i.e. utilising methodologies listed above)
- Technical skills within SQL (Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server etc), SAS, Excel/Access along with campaign management tools such as Teradata CRM (TCRM, TCM5 etc), Chordiant, Alterian etc
