My client is an award winning Consultancy Company, they are currently in a position to offer an experienced Application Developer the opportunity to join their team of consultants working on technically challenging projects within the BI/DW space across a variety of industries such as Telecommunications, Banking and Finance..
As an experienced Application Developer you will enjoy custom development bridging gaps between applications and the business ideally within business intelligence / data warehouse. You will posses excellent
English communication skills and have the confidence/personality to interact with clients.
You will work as part of a team providing technical advice and application development, working with project managers, solutions designers, technical analysts, business analysts and other ETL developers.
With offices across Sydney and Melbourne and a national reach this company has a portfolio of impressive clients and relationships.
To qualify for the role you will have the following attributes:
- Application Development experience (Python, Java, .Net or XML)
- Ability to deal with internal stakeholders.
- Impeccable English communication & documentation skills.
- Solid SQL programming experience
- Ability to review technical specifications
- Production support, problem analysis & solution design
- SQL Reports, coding & unit testing
- Experience in enterprise environments
- Sound interpersonal & presentation skills
- The ability to solve complex problems when working with the business.
- A real passion for technology and working with senior consultants.
- A willingness to learn and be flexible.
