We keep in constant contact with Candidates seeking employment and attract new candidates through a targeted programme of marketing, advertising in national, local and specialist press – using our web site and commercial web sites. Additionally, large proportions of candidates approach Apex through recommendation and referral.

Our consultants are not just reliant on the strength of our database and the advertising support. Each consultant has an area of technical specialisation and therefore their in-depth knowledge of individual markets is key to our success. Each Consultant fully investigates their market both technically and geographically. For example, when looking to resource a specific skill set for a client in Sydney's CBD, the Consultants will investigate those Organisations within the locality with appropriate personnel, be aware of any impending redundancies or the end of specific projects and ensure that relevant Candidates are approached and fully briefed on behalf of the recruiting client.
