In order to ensure this we go through a vigorous qualification process which includes the following.
Telephonic Qualification:
On receipt of your application a recruiter in your particular market will call to discuss the opportunity and your aspirations in more detail. This is likely to cover your current employment and personal status as well as your technical skills and preferences.
Face – Face Meeting:
Should we feel you have the right skills, personality and aspirations for the future you will be invited to meet with one of our Senior Consultants. This gives yourself the opportunity to create a more personal relationship with your recruiter. It also gives our Consultants the opportunity to present a particular role in more detail and ensure you are prepared enough for any interview you will attend via Apex Resource Solutions.
We feel that personality fit is just as important as your ability to do the job and we will talk in some detail about you as an individual and your preferences regarding company culture etc. With the information gained from these meetings Apex can determine the best cultural, technical and financial fit for our applicants.
Referencing:
When we confirm an interview on your behalf Apex Resource Solutions will then go on and take references. This will involve a twenty minute conversation with a manager you are currently working for or have worked for in the past. The conversation will cover your technical ability, communication skills and work ethic. We request that two reference points be provided.
