The Apex Management Team are based locally in our offices in Sydney, Australia and are supported by our global partner Michael Bailey Associates Group (MBA) whose head offices are in London, UK. The team is made up of a unique blend of individuals with a myriad of experiences, skills and traits who work succinctly together to drive the Australian operation forward.

Phil is a pragmatic hands on manager and leader of multi site teams with over sixteen years recruitment industry experience. Strong in developing high performing consultants and improving shareholder value through broad commercial and industry awareness, staff engagement and new process implementation. An excellent organiser with proven negotiation and influencing skills with knowledge across global markets, Australia and Europe.
Business Operations Manager
Emily graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University in 1999 and began a career in recruitment within the office support area and developing into management roles, by 2004 was the Area Manager of a multi branch operation in the UK. Emily relocated to Sydney in 2006 with a wealth of recruitment experience and worked as a Branch Manager for an Office Support agency for five years. In 2011 after returning from maternity leave she made the move from sales management into Operations and brings her savvy business acumen and extensive understanding of recruitment businesses to develop and implement process improvement projects for Apex Resource Solutions.
Manager - Infrastructure
Liam has over 10 years experience of IT Infrastructure & Security recruitment across the UK and Australian markets. Since moving to Sydney in 2005 he has built an extensive network of clients and candidates, who value him as a trusted recruitment partner and reliable source of accurate, objective market information.
In addition to being a key member of the management team with input into the strategic direction of the business, Liam leads a team of experienced Consultants dedicated to the effective sourcing of IT Infrastructure, Security & Risk specialists for contract and permanent requirements.
James is the Group Human Resources Manager based out of our Head Office in London and is responsible for hiring IT and Pharmaceutical Recruiters across the MBA Groups international operations in the UK, Holland, France, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Singapore. James is now working in partnership with our Australian operation sourcing European based talent.
