Apex Resource Solutions Privacy Statement applicable for Candidates, Clients and Contractors

This Privacy Statement refers to the entity known as Apex Resource Solutions Pty Ltd and all references to "Apex Resource Solutions", "we", "us", or "our" in this document are references to the company, Apex Resource Solutions Pty Ltd.

Why Privacy is important

Apex Resource Solutions understands that your personal information is important to you and is committed to protecting your privacy. Apex Resource Solutions is guided by the National Privacy Principles outlined in the Privacy Act 1988 and other applicable State and Federal laws governing privacy.
