General Manager - Melbourne Office

Apex are fast becoming a recognised brand and are well respected in the IT recruitment arena. We have a very successful Sydney operation with established clients nationally and are looking to expand our footprint as the timing it right thus seeking a General Manager to head up a Melbourne practise.
It is a green field site and we are looking for a seasoned recruitment professional with personal and business contacts throughout the Victoria and South Australian regions to help set up the office and recruit a team.
What are we looking for?
- Strong and seasoned recruitment professional
- 5+ years experience in the Melbourne market
- Must have a background in IT recruitment with proven billing capabilities.
- Strong motivator and team player - ability to build teams
- Can business develop and be hands on as well as operational with budgets, forecasting, targets etc.

All back office operations will be looked after from the Sydney HQ and all IT will be taken care of as we operate in a cloud environment. - Strong qualification skills across both your candidate and client network.
