Tom Sharp – Owner & Director
Having over 11 years experience in the recruitment industry Tom’s background includes key roles in both Australia and the United Kingdom. He was intricately involved in the establishment of Apex Resource Solutions in 2004 and is now a Director within the company.
His experience spans multiple fields, however his expertise predominately covers the Information Technology space where he plays a key role in the delivery of numerous IT project personnel for a broad range of clients.
Prior to Apex Resource Solutions Tom acted as both a Senior Consultant and Team Manager for a number of internationally recognised Recruitment Companies.
Philip Hack – Sales Director
With over 13 years experience in the recruitment industry both in Australia and overseas Philip brings with him a wealth of knowledge across an Account Management, Business Development and managing sales/recruitment teams. Philip plays a key role in managing and maintaining relationships with some of our major clients as well as leading and advising the sales team at Apex Resource Solutions. In addition he is involved with strategy, streamlining of the sales process, budgets and targeting new business to increase market penetration and brand awareness.
Prior to Apex Resource Solutions Philip was a business owner of a major privately owned recruitment company in Australia with a 5 ½ year tenure. He offers advice, support and a network that covers a broad range of technologies and industries.
James Bull - Head of Client Solutions
James has over 10 years recruitment experience across multiple industry sectors, and has been successful in developing lasting client and candidate relationships in this time. During the 10 years, James has worked in numerous roles, from Senior Consultant, through to Head of Technology practice for the Spring Group plc in Australia.
James is one of Apex’s most experienced Managers, and forms a critical part of the senior leadership team in Australia. James’ Client Solutions team is responsible for delivering tailored resource solutions to Apex’s strategic accounts.
James has a passion for building lasting relationships and helping his clients succeed. James has always built teams who are able to listen to clients and candidates, assess their needs and offer solutions.
Paul O'Shaughnessy– Manager Project Services
Paul has over 7yrs experience in the recruitment industry purely specialising in the Project Services division. He began his professional life as a Footballer between the time period of 1998-2003 playing in League1 and League2 in the English Football League for Bury FC. During this time it taught him key attributes to be successful together with a passion for team work.
Paul has been with Apex for over 4 years and manages the Project Services team which cover Project Managers, Testers and BA's across multiple industry sectors and clients. He also manages and has developed one of Apex's largest clients and thrives on service, delivery and business development.
